Every document is checked against the clause schedule for its form: 193 clause definitions across 11 standard forms.
The result is a risk score, deviations tiered Critical, Warning and Info, and plain-English explanations written by hand, clause by clause.
Rider clauses are read as riders and paired to the printed clause they override, because the money usually lives in the riders.

Clause 7. Demurrage
Demurrage at the loading and discharging ports shall be payable by the Charterers at the rate of eighteen thousand United States dollars twenty-five thousand United States dollars per running day, or pro rata for any part of a day, until loading or discharge is completed. Demurrage shall fall due day by day and shall be payable on receipt of invoice within five banking days.
Rider · Clause 29
Notwithstanding the printed Clause 7, demurrage shall be assessed at half rate for the first forty-eight hours of delay arising from port congestion at the discharge port.
